I didn’t begin my career with connections, industry support or a clear path. I began with a decision — made after becoming a mother — to try something I had always wanted to do.

When modelling agencies rejected me, I found another way. That journey eventually took me in front of international cameras, onto magazine covers and billboards, and into the world of business and public speaking.

But somewhere along the way, I discovered something more valuable than knowing how to pose: how the way we see ourselves can change the way we show up in the world.

That discovery became The Mirror Method.

Today, I combine my experience as a self-made model, entrepreneur and camera confidence expert to help women, founders and speakers feel comfortable, expressive and confident in front of the camera.

Through personal experiences and The Mirror Project, my work is about helping people see themselves from a new perspective — and discover what’s possible.
