Using the website

You may browse our work and make genuine enquiries. Please provide accurate contact information and information you are entitled to share. Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorised access, send unlawful material or interfere with the website. The enquiry service is intended for adults. Do not send another person’s private information without their authority.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date, confirm participation, create a paid booking or guarantee selection for The Mirror Project. A receipt confirms that your request was saved, not that a booking was accepted. Services, availability and any travel requirements are discussed with you directly.

Before you pay for an experience, workshop, speaking engagement or production, the written proposal must confirm the scope, date, location, deliverables, delivery times, total price, applicable taxes, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms. Please request any missing terms before accepting. No automatic payment is taken by an enquiry form.

The Mirror Guide and external checkout

The Guide purchase link opens an external checkout. Review the current product description, currency, total amount, access and delivery arrangements, and cancellation/refund terms there before paying. Currency equivalents on this site are indicative; your payment provider may apply conversion charges. We do not receive your card details through this website. Contact us if you have a question or a problem accessing a purchase.

Photographs, filming and results

Any photography, filming, editing, usage rights and publication permissions are agreed separately for your project. An enquiry or analytics consent does not give permission to publish your image or story. Selection for a filmed project requires separate participation and filming arrangements. Creative outcomes depend on the agreed brief and participation; we do not promise modelling work, media coverage or a particular commercial result.

Content and external links

Website text, brand materials, photographs and videos belong to their respective rights holders. Browsing or downloading a media kit does not transfer copyright or permission for unrelated commercial use. Contact us for press materials and permissions. Third-party websites and services apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Privacy, support and rights

Our Privacy & Cookies notice explains how enquiries and optional analytics are handled. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact us with questions or complaints so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Applicable UAE law and any other mandatory protections continue to apply.

Changes to these website terms are dated here. They do not retrospectively change an existing agreed booking.
